The concert is on next Tuesday so pls get your tickets quickly.
It's Awesome and you will confirm 100% guarantee + chop that you will enjoy it, so pls consider clearing your schedule to watch our performance.
You will definitely enjoy yourselves there, I promise.
And if you're just too lazy or can't be bothered to head to a Sistic outlet just to get tickets to watch a performance you don't even want to see, just head on down to the Esplanade Sistic Box Office and get tickets there on the day itself. If you get them from any Sistic outlet, you can choose the seats you want, (like in a cinema) instead of if you order them from any choir member.
So just plsplsplsplsplsplsplsplsplspls try to attend the concert at least. It's a great way to curb your boredom/get away from those naggy parents/get an excuse for not doing holiday homework/enjoy the arts at the same time!
In conclusion, what I'm trying to say is: Go. Or else.

If you have a scanner, you can hand-draw your mindmap and write your answers
down and scan them, then send to Mr Gey's email
If you dont have scanner, do your mindmap and answers
on powerpoint and send to mr gey's email

About the Anglican High Choir
The AHS Choir in the last few years has witnessed unprecedented growth and accomplishment under the inspired baton of our resident conductor, Terrence Toh. A few of these achievements include the coveted Gold with Honours at the 2007 and 2009 SYF Central Judging for Choir and a Gold at the International Festival of Songs in Olomouc, Czech Republic in 2008. However, these accolades are not the choir’s only source of pride and joy, but rather the instilling of a passion for the choral art form and a deep desire to bring music to our community. With this focus in mind, the choir has sung in a host of community based performances, including our annual concerts and as invited guests at various ceremonies held by government and community organizations. For Terrence Toh and the Anglican High School Choir, no stage is too small nor informal, no challenge too insurmountable nor unnerving, as long as we stay true to the music we make.

Group Assignment (Class Presentation)
Your group will play the role of the author’s publisher. You are to promote the author and his books to the class in a creative manner .eg. through a review brochure, leaflet, or presenting a video clip etc. Put your brains together and let your creativity and imagination run wild.
Your objective is to persuade the class why the author you have chosen is the best by giving convincing reasons.
In your presentation, you must include background information about the author as an introduction.
Individual Assignment ( Written Review)
You are to write a review of the book you read. This includes:
A summary of the story ( in your own words)
The most and/or least interesting part of the book.
A short paragraph of 100 words explaining in your own words your opinion of the book as a whole.
Handing in: Tuesday, 23 June to your EL teacher.
Marks awarded will be based on the assessment of BOTH your individual and group assignments. It will be part of your CA, no matter how small that part may be.
