It's Awesome and you will confirm 100% guarantee + chop that you will enjoy it, so pls consider clearing your schedule to watch our performance.

You will definitely enjoy yourselves there, I promise.

And if you're just too lazy or can't be bothered to head to a Sistic outlet just to get tickets to watch a performance you don't even want to see, just head on down to the Esplanade Sistic Box Office and get tickets there on the day itself. If you get them from any Sistic outlet, you can choose the seats you want, (like in a cinema) instead of if you order them from any choir member.

So just plsplsplsplsplsplsplsplsplspls try to attend the concert at least. It's a great way to curb your boredom/get away from those naggy parents/get an excuse for not doing holiday homework/enjoy the arts at the same time!

Your objective is to persuade the class why the author you have chosen is the best by giving convincing reasons.
In your presentation, you must include background information about the author as an introduction.

Individual Assignment ( Written Review)
You are to write a review of the book you read. This includes:
A summary of the story ( in your own words)
The most and/or least interesting part of the book.
A short paragraph of 100 words explaining in your own words your opinion of the book as a whole.

Handing in: Tuesday, 23 June to your EL teacher.

Marks awarded will be based on the assessment of BOTH your individual and group assignments. It will be part of your CA, no matter how small that part may be.

The Land Transport Authority has launched a new e-payment system for public transport based on the Singapore Standard for Contactless ePurse Application (CEPAS). With the launch of this system, new CEPAS-compliant cards will be needed for public transport.

Your current School Smart Card (or ez-link card) which is also a concession card will need to be replaced with a new CEPAS-compliant card for concessionary travel on buses and the MRT. The free one-for-one card exchange exercise will be conducted at your school on MONDAY, 20.4.09.

To help facilitate a smooth card exchange experience, comprehensive information on the card exchange and the auto-top-up facilities for the new card have been included in this advisory. Kindly read the sections relevant to you.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

- Please bring along your current concession card for exchange.
- Your current card will be retained at the point of card exchange and any monetary value will be transferred to your new concession card.

If your current concession card has a value of less than -$1.00
- Please top-up your current card with the minimum top-up value of $5 before exchanging it. Top-up service will not be provided at the card exchange counter at your school. Those who need to top-up their cards may do so at the General Ticketing Machines, Add Value Machines and Passenger Service Centres.

If you have lost your current concession card
- Please inform the card replacement officer/teacher that you have lost your card. You will still receive your new concession card, but will need to activate it at any TransitLink Ticket Office.
- At the Ticket Office, you will need to pay $23 to replace and top-up your new concession card. (i.e. $18 for the lost/replacement fee and $5 which is the minimum top-up value for the child concession card).

If your current concession card has auto top-up facilities
- Please inform the card replacement officer/teacher that you have auto top-up facilities on your card. You will be given your new Concession card, but will need to activate it at any TransitLink ticket office.
- At the Ticket Office, your current card will be retained and the auto top-up facility on the card will be discontinued. The balance on your old card will be transferred to your new card or to the designated-linked bank/credit card bank account subject to the terms and conditions* of the card.

[*Deactivation of GIRO/Credit Card Link will be approved only if there is no outstanding amount due to TransitLink/EZ-Link or the request is made more than four days from your last auto top-up. Should the deactivation be approved, the card will be immediately refunded and the remaining balance will be transferred to the new card. Otherwise, the refund will be via your designated bank/credit card account.]

- As a precaution, please bring along the minimum top-up value in case we are unable to transfer your old balance to your new card.
- If you wish to continue using the auto top-up facility, you are advised to exchange your current card when the auto top-up facilities for the new card are available.
- Please re-apply for the auto top-up facility after activating your new card.
